The goal of Homenetmen’s general program is to:
- Prepare physically resilient, intellectually capable, and morally upright Armenians and exemplary citizens,
- Teach members to be diligent, courageous, patriotic, law-abiding, and disciplined,
- Develop a sense of duty, responsibility, honor, solidarity, and a spirit of mutual aid,
