Every summer, the Navasartian Games and Festival stand as a vibrant celebration of Armenian identity, athleticism, and unity. Organized annually by Homenetmen Western USA since 1975, the Games have grown into the largest Armenian-American sporting and cultural event on the West Coast. Bringing together over 3,000 athletes and more than 1,000 scouts from across the region, the multi-day event features a wide range of competitions in basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, swimming, chess, and more. Held at Birmingham Community Charter High School in Van Nuys, the Navasartian Games serve as a dynamic platform to highlight the talent, dedication, and values of Armenian youth while fostering community pride and connection.
